No. If you click on the link it shows our ranking in different categories with lower numbers (higher ranks) being better. The Hornets scored well in affordability and bang for the buck, but were 100th in ownership and 97th in Team Track Record (on field success).

We are actually 97th in "Title Track" which is how many championships the team has won.

During the 2007-2009 seasons the Hornets were always ranked VERY high in these type of surveys.
I think one year they were actually ranked like #3 or something (the year after our WCS game 7 loss to Spurs when lots of experts picked us to reach the Finals).
