How many post ups did cousins have tnite? Exactly, fire this clown. He's coached under two of the best offensive coaches in the last 25 years and his offenses are terrible.

I don't know who to blame. I'm not a fan of gentry at all but the pels don't really seem to know what direction to go. They wanted pace and space and built the roster guard heavy then they trade perimeter shooters for a center and now have zero perimeter shooting and guard depth

It's mostly Demps' fault. Gentry wants to play like D'Antoni, but Demps gives him players who don't fit at all.

They hired him to coach a certain way. Demps hired Al fricking Gentry and then let Gordon and Anderson walk and replaced them with defensive-minded players. Al's specialty is offense.
It was idiotic. Demps doesn't have a philosophy of any sort. He's just winging every move he makes without any big picture of what he's trying to build.
I'm not saying Gentry is a good coach, but Demps has set him up to fail. He's a horrible GM.
