Honestly if he plays good defense and hits 3s at a decent clip we might be better off with this lineup than a lineup with frickface in it

they made it seem like it was very minor and that he may not even miss a game before we played Portland

yeah but there was a more optimistic tone even before the Portland game than that.

He would've played Vs denver if not for tweaking it again.

2 straight road back to backs(why nba?) screwed it up imo.

With the way things tend to go with this team I don't expect to see Asik back until about February

We will no doubt be better as a starting unit. Gotta realize tyreke is a shooter now. Couldn't be a better opportunity for him to excel. Miller just play lights out defense that needs be his only focus.

I don't ever think Miller will develop into a quality starter, but I've always thought he could at least be a rotational player. One of his biggest problems is that he just looks, and acts lost on the court sometimes, which is strange for a guy that's on his 3rd year in the NBA after spending 4 years at UK.

if we lose asik for an extended period no way we make the playoffs. he is the 2nd most important player on the team imho

He won't be asked to do much other than 3+D.

Just needs to keep his shite together and it'll be cool.

they've never really asked him to do more than that and he hasn't shown anything.

Has he really ever playing in a lineup with Jrue/Tyreke/AD etc all healthy?

He might not be very good but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Nope, that is a good point. This will definitely be the best line up he will share the floor with. I do think he's shown to be a good to above average 1 on 1 defender. On offense he's been invisible.

Trust me I'm pulling for him, just not getting my hopes up.

I don't think he has. Just hit open shots and play good D. That is all he needs to do. Hopefully he can do both at a good rate.

That's all his role has ever been. That being said, I don't see where he's been asked to do that with the starters. I hope that they try to pressure AD or Reke and that opens up Miller to hit some 3s and we go from there.

Gay is out tonight. I'm assuming Casspi will be starting. He shouldn't have a problem with that matchup.

Yea, like Darius playing point guard and shutting down the Point God Chris Paul. Why oh why does Darius tease us like that?

Darius could be the SF we've all been longing for.

He's quietly been waiting..watching..yearning...

Well now's your shot
