Can anyone give a justifiable reason for why Norris should ever take 13+ shots?

If he was shooting like 60+% from the field, maybe he should have over 10. but he's shooting nearly below the Mendoza line.

It's hard to work your way into the lineup after being out for a while. Especially to start the season. He hadn't played at game speed in months and months there will be an adjustment period. That being said it was always a real head scratcher to me when guys would say wait til cole gets back.

Norris Cole shouldn't get 13 minutes, let alone 13 shots.

Yeah because if we don't let Norris take 13 shots, he will probably sue the organization for discriminating against his disability.
