It looks like they stream through LiveStream. They don't have a FireTV app, but they should have one for Roku/AppleTV/Chrome cast. Here's the Pels Livestream page and it shows the game coming up LINK

Is there a way to lie about where you are located maybe? 
Not sure how that works, but it asked for my zip code and its working. Give a baton rouge zip code.

This one looks like it'll work. Sucks that it won't work on FireTV. I have a Steam connect thingy that's been sitting in it's original packaging for a few months that I could use, but I don't feel like setting it up with the game about to start. Maybe at halftime.
ETA: Looks like I'm not the only one getting no sound.
