Heild is a basketball player, forget measurables, his aren't terrible but his shooting will only get better which could be insane..
Think McCullom, Lillard, McDermott..young guys who didn't have the best measurables but can absolutely shoot, they help your team especially AD bc u HAVE to account for them.
I'd u can get Oubre and add Heild...man that's a GREAT start.
I compare Oubre to an up and coming Rodney Hood...left handed, has a great stroke and is starting to come into his own.

Would comparing him to Reddick be fair? I believe, Buddy Hield has the ability to provide a lot of offense in the NBA. Even if he has to come off the bench, think 6th man! I know his D is suspect, but in the right lineup he could be deadly. 25-35 mpg.
