she's already bye bye as far as the 2 sports teams are concerned. undoubtedly she and her mother will appeal, but at a certain point the gravity of benson's influence is going to make them gaining any traction very difficult
i don't think anybody really believes that any 87 year old man is in total control of his faculties...but this was so unseemly that the benefit of the doubt goes to the man who built that wealth and who should be able to decide where it goes
plus rita and her mother are so unlikeable (from what everyone says) that they face a huge uphill PR battle as well
the trust issue i cannot claim to understand...
