Behind Indiana, Pels are the hottest team in the NBA right now

Also, we have got to be one of the more efficient 3 pt shooting teams as of late. We already knew EG & Babbit (small sample) were shooting lights out, but Quincy and Cole are also shooting better than their career numbers.

Again, Ryan who?? Oh, Ryan Trade-bait / Lottory pick Anderson! One can dream of a true scoring SF!!!

Geaux Pels!

I'm just gonna keep trolling this idea.

WHO? WHO ARE YOU TRADING HIM FOR?

He only 26 & makes $8.5 million, less than Asik, EG, Reke & Jrue. If he regains his shot, we're going to regret selling low on him.

He's valuable to this team if Monty is smart with him.

There is nothing wrong with holding onto him if no good deal is there. There are so many unknowns right now. Will we make the playoffs and keep our pick to bundle with Ryno? Will Gordon finally be a net positive trade piece? Will the MLE satisfy our SF needs, and if so what position would we trade Ryno for?

That's exactly what I'm trying to say. All you read is trade Ryno for a SF. Ok, not opposed to that but a scoring SF doesn't grow on trees.

Let me preface this statement by saying this roster is not perfect. That said, if he regains his form and Monty uses him well, why trade him? If you can use the MLE on someone like Crowder, the roster would be pretty damn good.

Whoa bud, there's a team down the road in San Antonio that has won 6 in a row by an average of 16 points What's the reasoning for not including Spurs?

I heard something similar on NBA radio this morning. People like nice round numbers like 10. Spurs are heating up for sure, but they're 6-4 in their last 10, Pacers are 9-1 and the Pels are 8-2 (as are the Jazz surprisingly enough).

Don't be greedy, this board could still be called Hornets Talk the way things happen around here.

All valid points, and you're right. Ryno can still be a value added as he has been during previous seasons.

But, we're still winning without him. Something we haven't done with him on the team.

FSN showed a stat during the game last night. We are #2 in the league at shooting 3's since the all-star break

Boom bringing that super-secret, insider stat info not relating to our team per usual.

I Think we can both agree it's a bit of a head scratcher to not include SAS.

Oh, no doubt they are. I'm just waiting for the day you actually bring constructive discussion to this board instead of every post being either a) a crap on the Pels or b) not related to the Pelicans at all.

I'd say the Cavs are pretty hot right now.
