He needs a few years in the D-League but I think he'll be an NBA player within the next 2-3 years, perhaps even an above-average one.

Idk if I'd go that far. Would be a good hedge bet for the Pelicans. They're 2nd rd picks. You hit one of two, you're ecstatic.

CJJ sure did a number on him.

His athleticism alone merits consideration. He's raw in a number of areas but the kid is a freak athlete who can shoot.
His college numbers would have been better if he played on a team with any offensive philosophy and didn't have to elevate over defenders who were right in his face every shot. He still made an astounding number of 3's considering he was rarely open, often double-teamed and still had to go up and shoot because his teammates were just standing around with the shot clock winding down.

I'll guess Dillon Brooks from Oregon.
Damn. Rockets.

i read an article today, he had 16 uncontested looks all year. SIXTEEN!! how the frick does that happen as a coach!
he made 10 of the shots.
he was also second in SEC in FG% on pullup shots.
the kid works hard and will play in the league a long time

I thought this type of fricktardedness only happened on the Saints Talk board?

Wade was supposedly shocked at how low his basketball IQ was, basically saying he was severely under coached

I'm betting he gets a few garbage time games for a bad team and that's about it

fricktardedness doesn't apply here. A fully developed Blakeny is one the Pels' two biggest needs. The problem is he's too raw to contribute next season and needs time to develop.
Pels seem to be going for the here and now, which is the only reason I don't think he'll be seriously considered by the team as an UFA.

the people who flip their shite every time an LSU player is mentioned are just as "fricktarded" as the people they mock currently.
Posted on 6/22/17 at 11:20 pm to Number 31
I mean he was highschool player of the year over Ben Simmons in Florida. The talent is there but as much as as I hate to say it he made a mistake coming to LSU to get developed. He could turn it around.

Well it's still possible I guess. If he wants to play, we have a serious need at the 1 and 2 currently. I know BSS put Blakeney in one of their articles as a potential link to Pels at 40? Is that pure speculation or did we talk to him? If he's actually on our radar you'd think the Pels have a shot.

Lmao he wasn't getting drafted. He has potential though. Chances are he'll go to a team that's never on tv and we won't hear his name again. Like quarterman

James Blackmon, Isiah Briscoe, Marcus Keane, Cameron Oliver, Johnathan Motley, Melo Trimble, and Kobi Simmons are all more intriguing prospects who went undrafted.
