I'd say he is curling a solid 50 pounds. Clearly from this picture you can tell he is an animal in the weight room.

Warm up. Or doing 21's or drop sets as mentioned earlier. Besides, extreme lifting isn't what he needs. Want strong but lean, brah.

Let's go with him doing 21s lol. But seriously bball players don't want to get bulky your shot goes to hell when you bulk up and those elbows can't get under the basketball like they used to. I heard Lebron doesn't rep any higher than 195 and we all know he can bench well into the 300s if he wanted to.
