Actually he was suggested as a potential FA target in today's TP by Jimmy Smith. It brought a smile to my face.

FWIW Smitty ended up taking 42 3s this year and shot them at a decent clip (.357). Maybe he realizes his game will have to change to keep getting chances. Or maybe he was just dicking around on a joke of a team.

Seriously where in the hell does Jimmy Smith get these ideas from? Does he realize that no one takes him seriously? And if you are someone that takes him seriously then you have probably never seen a Hornets/Pelicans basketball game...or even know the rules of basketball

I'm actually decent friends with his son. We don't talk about basketball or his dad's opinions on the Pelicans.
