More jazzy than the normal rock/pop song, but Jazz great Wayne Shorter does the tenor sax solo in Steely Dan's "Aja".

I would have to check who the player was,but on Dire Straits"On The Night" Live album,there was a pretty killer Sax solo on Romeo and Juliet,and it fades into steel guitar by Paul Franklin. It's pretty great.
