Tough one. From a pure historical perspective, Nelson's guitar is almost at the top; 50 years on the road and part of some of the greatest songs in that genre.
As far as value, I'd think SRV's strat would be worth more. There's Strat collectors all over the world...and they'd pay ridiculous amounts of money for something like this (5 out of the 10 most expensive guitars ever sold were Strats).
I'd pick Nelson's; can't put a price on history.
