I am glad they are refunding today's portion but it's bullshite to cancel. The disclaimer says rain or shine. I was prepared for the rain.

I enjoy that after firing their music team that Nola.com features an article about it raining yesterday during "crunch" (clutch) but being less extreme for Ozy....

When acl cancelled it's Sunday 2 years ago, I'd ballpark half the bands rebooking small local clubs that day.

I'd bet it was the insurance companies call and not the festivals organizers. Hence the refunds.

It wasn't the rain. By the end of Ozzy's show last night, it was impossible to walk. The port o johns were in a mud pit. Any place where the mud wasn't calve deep was extremely slick. It was dangerous and downright disgusting.
Glad they cancelled. Shows were great last night, but the conditions were pretty shitty.
