This is so sad it isnt even funny. Different people have different tastes. And that's fine. But if you think Frusciante is just some middle of the pack player who isnt great and RHCP is dog shite awful I dont have nay words for you. personally i think Phish is the most overrated garbage band ever, but you dont see me bashing your boy.

Havent heard anything since To record only water. Its a great album, but nothing on it screams elite guitar player.

Phish is the professional equivalent of the guy in guitar center who sits there playing scales for 2 hours (impressing nobody) because he can yet can't write a meaningful song to save his life.

I've learned that most of the time when people say Phish is garbage and Trey sucks and stuff, haven't really heard any good Phish. Or often any live Phish whatsoever.
