Who else is going to this? Should be a good show. Liz Phair is an interesting opening act. I forgot all about her until this

Yes and no. They have always been one of those depends on the night bands, but their acoustic sets have been very good (granted I only know from bootlegs and such).

I used to be a big fan, but I'm more in an apathetic state with them now. Billy just can't get right and I don't think he ever will. Monuments to an Elegy was horrible and forgettable.

Agreed on all counts. "They" might be my favorite band ever, but I've never seen them live and I don't know if I care that much anymore. It's just Billys solo act masquerading as Smashing pumpkins, which to me is Billy, Jimmy, and James (insert bassist). It just isn't worth the 50 bucks Saenger was asking for to see a shell of a band. I really liked the Oceania album, thought it was well done, but I agree Monuments sucks.
edit: Jimmy may or may not be back touring with Billy right now, I can't even keep up anymore.
