Was a great show. Played a lot of their old hits of course like Man In the Box, Them Bones, Rooster with some newer stuff mixed in. Closed the show with Would and No Excuses. My favorite was Nutshell. Song tears me up everytime I hear it and that was my first time hearing it live. William DuVall is a terrific frontman and does the vocals justice. Jerry Cantrell was as great as I expected. Guy is a legend.

I was supposed to go see them in September but they cancelled some of their tour dates so now I won't be able to.

I love that band and their new stuff with DuVall is fantastic. Private Hell and Phantom Limb are great songs.

That guy is the genius behind the AiC sound and they'll always sound great as long as he's involved.

Hard to care as much without Layne. Jerry is great though, he's like an easier going and cooler version of ted nugent.

I felt the same way for a long time. But I was glad I saw them. I give some major props to DuVall. He does a great job as front man. And like Marciano said, as long as Jerry is involved, that AiC sound will always be genuine.

Jealous. Saw Deep Purple last Sunday at the Ryman and actually got to talk with them for a wee bit. Very cool venue.

Nice. Sounds like a great night there. Yeah I love the Ryman. Great setup and the sound is massive. I'll take a show there over Bridgestone any day of the week. War Memorial Auditorium is another really good venue.

It's hard to imagine how ahead of their time their sound was.

DuVall is to AIC as Brian Johnson is to ACDC. That's a compliment.

One of a handful of songs I can make a passable attempt at playing - the acoustic version, anyway.

It is a deeply emotional song - I've listened to it no less than 150 times.

Awesome!!! Wish I could have been there. They have been my favorite band since the first song I ever heard of theirs.
