I lost my iTunes I had been building up over the past 5 years recently and so now Im having to go back and get my workout music again. The problem is I can't remember what I listened to since the last time I worked out was 3 years ago (yeah I know).

I want some heavy stuff but not like Pantera, Slayer, Slipknot. I listened to that stuff a long time ago but I just can't handle the screaming anymore. Ive got some Breaking Benjamin and Metallica but Im drawing a blank on some metal that they actually sing.

Throw me some names. TIA.

Not really my style.

I'm mainly a country guy but I've played guitar for many years so I listen to almost anything involving guitars. I love 80's hair metal, 90's rock and grunge, and some mainstream 90's and 00's rock.

Alice in Chains - Black Gives Way to Blue

Most of the songs from this album are pretty heavy.

About 6 or 7 of 11

Down Rocks.

Anthrax's Sound of White Noise should suit you.

Disturbed, maybe.

Manowar?
