It took me forever, but I eventually got something on the app. I could pull singles, but for some reason a pair came up in the uppers and I grabbed those.

The ticketmaster and/or live nation apps can really help sometimes too. All I've been able to pull up, have been through there. But, it's like 1 per 100 attempts. This is madness!

Gift card entry: Tickets will be pre-loaded onto a gift card or pre-paid credit card and sent via UPS. Instructions on using this card for entry will be included.

Correct. General Admission floor is credit card + ID for entry, no tickets. All reserved seats have printable tickets which can be resold.
