I was a freshman at lsu when RATM did that tour over winter of 99/00. My roommate got floor tickets at uno for 20 dollars each on eBay the night after my last final. Good times.

Maiden is one of a very few groups that maintains a high quality of performance almost 40 years into their history. Their concerts still attract a young audience while most 70's/80's groups fans are aging.
The crowd looks a lot like the crowd would have looked in 1982, except they have shorter hair now.
