They should just let Bruno handle the halftime show.

He was terrible, too. In fact, he may have been the worst part. His lipsynching was way off.

I'm not sure if the lip-synching was off or not. The entier music couldn't be heard and there did seem to be a delay in the picture and sound with the entire performance.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I rated as a steaming pile of dog dung.

That, or we have and find that their music is crap in spite of their ability to play their instruments. Ability to play =/= Ability to write good songs.

For me, Coldplay is a hit or miss band. The first album was on point, the second was ok and the third was not very good. Viva was outstanding though, and I really thought they would finally be a good band.

Unfortunately the next few records were really bad.

As for the Superbowl performance, Bruno Mars (whose music I do not like but I do respect) was the only one worth a damn. The production was surprisingly bad for a SB show, Beyonce was a shitmutt spewing out garbage and Coldplay was bland. This was one of the worse SB shows in a long while.

Dropping bombs! Answer Sir Winston's stupid "never played musical instruments" statement with a picture of one of the greatest musical bands of the last decade plus.... holding a Coldplay are Wankers sign.

Well played sir

I guess it's because I couldn't hear it as well as you guys but I thought the camera work and production was awesome.

What happened to Rihanna?

What was the point to the ad where she and Nantz meet on the field, and Colbert flips the coin?

Was she on Colbert? I thought she was going to be in the halftime show? Had hopes she might slut it up? Maybe a titty flies out?

Their first 4 albums were brilliant, including the underrated "X & Y". Viva La Vida was the best rock album of the millennium thus far - a true 10/10.

I agree that the three most recent albums are disappointments, although I did enjoy the low-key and thoughtful "Ghost Stories" which had the incredible two songs "Midnight" and "Magic". I've probably listed to "Midnight" more than any other song in my life - it's amazing.

We get it, you think Coldplay are awesome. Reality is they, along with the other two acts in the half time show, were garbage overall.

Way overboard on the hoopla and crap. R we trying to outdo the Olympics opening ceremony? Just give me real playing, real singing, from somebody, real good! You only have perform for a short while. Keep it REAL. Lip synching and fake playing BLOWS!

I'm with you on this. I thought they had potential to be great, then they went full pop on their next couple albums. I was very disappointed.
