Sucks to hear this. Dude is a Canadian icon. His best interviews, in my opinion, were always the ones with really arrogant stars.
Over the years, the number of people that take him too seriously has gone way down, and that's a shame.

Whenever he interviewed Sonic Youth, they were total assholes to him. Acted like a bunch of bullies.

They were much cooler in the '02 video. And not nearly as bad as Blur/Kid Cudi/early Henry Rollins.
