B$B, you better stop talking shite to Flair. He has a chrome piece tucked in his console.

And to be clear, I'm talking about in the console in his brand new Chevy. With a lift kit, of course.

What is Eric Church all about? Not trying to troll, but I never heard any of his original work. Recently saw him perform 2 songs on the Love for Levon tribute concert andenjoyed them. However, neither were his own songs. Typically the only ccountry music I listen to is the older greats - waylon, cash, merle, jones, etc

He doesn't compare. With that said, He's about the best of what is out there now. I enjoy his music, but his live shows are better IMO.
These Boots, Guys Like Me, Over When its Over, Drink in My Hand - are some of the ones I like.

Chris Young, Josh Turner
And say what you want but I listen to Jason Aldean.. Most of his songs, omit 1994, My Kinda Party etc (pretty much what doesn't make the radio) are pretty good
ETA: Luke Bryan sucks

Speaking of which, how did y'all like King George's final album? I thought it was awesome!
Sadly, part of what made King George King George were the songs - either covers of older songs or great songs by some amazing songwriters (Sanger Schaffer, Dean Dillon, etc.). Those songs don't appear to be out there anymore, so his work suffers a bit. Don't get me wrong, he is still better than 99% of the stuff out there on the radio today, and thankfully he does still get some airplay.
Also, that won't be his final album - he has signed a deal with MCA for I think 5 more. He isn't retiring or going away, he is just cutting way back on the touring. Going from playing 3-4 shows a week for several months to 2 shows a week (Fridays and Saturdays) for the 2014 tour, and then doing one offs and big venues (I would guess he still plays the Houston rodeo every 2-3 years and probably goes back to Cheyenne for Frontier Days at least one more time).

You're a successful marketing story. Congrats.

Just wanted to come in here and add something.
Its funny this thread is about him being sucking, but he is actually more country than probably any artist out there. I actually think Cabelas made a contract with him to do a few hunting episodes, and even before, on his tours, he always makes a point to hunt and fish. Also came from a farming family.

Is Luke Bryan the biggest peice of garbage to ever hit country radio? I'm starting to think he has surpassed Taylor Swift and Shania Twain.
You better be glad that you weren't in nashville on Thursday,Friday,Saturday, because Taylor Swift was doing 3 shows on those nights and Her surprise guest at her thursday show was Luke Bryan
