Apparently it's by a band named Sinkane, which the head guy is the drummer in Caribou. And he's on the label DFA, which I'm generally a big fan of.

and yeah, aaron really screwed up with ween but I'd love to see him play live solo. I like his new record.

I am sympathetic towards Gene. His substance issues were completely out of control. At some point you have to choose health over music.
He wasn't trashing Ween's music. He was upset that they band wouldn't work with his attempts at soberity. He has every right to play songs that he wrote.
I want Ween to reunite as much as anyone. One of my favorite bands.But I think it is selfish for a fan to try and call him out.

It's more than that. Since Katrina, Nola has been passed over on the majority of good tours that make stops in the southeast. It used to be Atlanta-Nola-Houston. Now it's Atlanta-Houston.
