It's seminal, but the Eagles "Hell Freezes Over" and AIC's Unplugged are 2 that I have above it.
Just on Hell Freezes over, you have the acoustic masterpiece version of Hotel California, as well as the definitive versions of Pretty Maids All in a Row and The Last Resort.
I think almost every song on the album is the best recorded version they did.
Wasted Time, Heart of the Matter, New York Minute (I know technically Henley) Life in the Fastlane, Take it Easy.
About the only thing I've heard better is Desperado.

It was basically Cobain's living funeral aired live.
While I don't disagree with that, this is as true for Staley, although he lived a few years after:
Nutshell
Watch his face from about 1:51 to 1:55 - if that isn't the face of someone who has been totally defeated by heroin, but is still showing up to give a show, I don't know what is - and it was the first song in a 70 minute set.
Just heartbreaking after all these years.
(And, FTR, I still think Courtney killed Kurt.)

Excellent.
My live favs are Neil Diamond 'Hot August Night', Stones 'Brussels Affair '73', and Simon & Garfunkel 'Concert in Central Park' (even though Live 1969 is damn good too).

Their last few performances were really hard to watch. Kurt looks like he's out of energy and just depressed. If you haven't seen it already, look how he acts when playing Serve the Servants: LINK
Of course he went into a drug coma afterwards.
