RHCP and Radiohead both formed in the 80s and are still this relevant.

Well only one of these bands were actually relevant in the 80's.

Produced by Danger Mouse. I think this might be what they needed.

I just saw that Chad Smith endorses DW now.

DW will get them all, eventually. Too much money and the kit$ are just superb.

I think Kiedis actually wrote about this show in his book.

CSB, a good friend of mine in houston in the early 90s (wild girl..very wild) went back to their hotel after a show 'groupie style' and freaked out and couldn't go through with it and called me to come get her.

later she was pissed at herself for not having sex with him..i'm thinking she probably saved herself from about 15 stds.

Yea RHCP actually had albums out, but Radiohead was still a band back then and put out music in the early 90s so close enough.

They have both been around a long time

i remember going to see them at the LSU student union in like 1985

Man, that must have been wild.

I started at LSU in 1990 and I remember hearing/reading that people starting tearing seats out and throwing them on stage. That's the reason they stopped having concerts in the Union.

in '89 they pulled the plug on them at the Saenger b/c flea broke the theater's world famous organ jumping on it.

This sounds like it was written for The National and they funked it up a bit.

It's OK.

I miss John still. This is some good shite but man Frusciante is one of the three best guitarists of all time. I saw them at Voodoo during Stadium Arcadium and with Josh at the lakefront arena during I'm with you. Still a great band but John was the extra special part.

I say this with full respect to Josh Klinghoffer. He's legit as frick.

Yeah this is just the single. It has me really pumped for the whole album. Hopefully it has that funky jam feel all the way through it. And I really like the addition of the piano the last 2 albums

I agree, I'm so ready to hear what the album sounds like.

I loved the piano on Happiness Loves Company and Even You Brutus? on I'm With You and I'm happy to hear that they're still using it.
