Low and The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars are both unquestionable better than those two albums. Arguments could be made for others, but those two are undisputed.

Dude - most of the "jambros" on here listen to a way more diverse set of music than you do. Beyond metal you are fricked.

Keep telling yourself that. I only listen to 2 or 3 metal bands, and all of them are more progressive than metal. I'm as likely to listen to Scandinavian pop as I am metal.

Well it could be argued it's a matter of taste when comparing good PF albums to good Bowie albums

Or I could be a dick and say you don't know shite outside of metal and I'm a musical genius and know everything so Bowie is better

Because that seems to be some peoples default argument mode on this board

Are you Jester?

Your hate for jam music fans and your equally shite taste in music reminds me exactly of Jester.

Name 5 bands I listen to

Watch out everyone, the Jambros are falling in line. Next thing you know they'll be musking all over the place to try to mark their territory.

Then how could you claim I have shitty taste?

Follow along now. You certainly implied that you had superior taste when you posted:

quote:

you think The Wall is actually good

I responded by mocking you with an over-the-top claim of superior taste.

Fastforward to Spaulding's comment:

quote:

your equally shite taste in music

I asked HIM to name 5 bands I listen to in order to illustrate that his claim is silly and without basis. Point made.

Just because you're insecure about your taste in music doesn't mean I said that

I'm sorry I was mean to you about liking the Wall

There is nothing to be insecure about having superior taste and understanding of music.

I'm sorry that The Wall > Twiggy Starburst

I don't think you have a clue what I listen to either, but it's ok, I'm just glad someone came on here to argue about something tbh

The Wall is really not a good album. I don't know what else to say. To say it's better than Ziggy is laughable to me. Probably to a lot of people.
