THIS. The non rock version of Christmas Canon by Trans Siberian Orchestra is a close second though. I'd also put put a couple of the hymns from the 101 Best Loved Hymns cd I bought several years ago. That cd's orchestral choir version of Praise to the Lord and Abide with Me will give you chill bumps.
