Debating on pulling the trigger on seeing Lord Huron live at Cain's ballroom. I love their albums. Just curious if anyone has seen them live and how they are?

Seen them twice and thought they put on a good show. Not mind blowing or anything. But pretty high energy for a band that doesn't move around much and has a chill sound. I would definitely see them again.

Saw them at the Civic when they passed through...agree w/ Clooney that it's a higher energy show than their albums seem to sound. I enjoyed it...would go again

Saw them w Alt J 2 years ago before Alt J was what they think they are. They stole the show.

Yes. Saw them at Civic in May. Was a little wary bc their records are pretty mellow

They have really good energy and are a very good live band.

Def worth going

I'll be checking them out at festival in DC in late September.

I really dig their studio stuff.

I saw them at The Ryman and thought the same. They sounded sharp live, but they aren't going out there and head banging or crowd surfing like Eddie Vedder in the Even Flow video. They kinda stand there and play. They've kinda got this rockabilly look going for them.

Lord Huron gets me engorged, and substantially so.
