Burress loves NOLA and comes down alot. He probably wouldn't be a tough pull.
Benson came recently to Howlin Wolf about a year back. It was an awful crowd, but he played them like a fiddle. It was fun. He turned an awful room into improv comedy.
Mulaney would be awesome, and I think he just left his gig writing for SNL?
Brian Posehn
Bill Burr
Is tweeting the best way to book them? Don't they have websites and managers?

You could maybe shoot for Bill Burr around football season, in 2012 he timed a nola show so that he'd be in the area and could go to the LSU/Bama game. He spoke fondly of his Tiger Stadium experience on his podcast, seems to be an LSU fan now.
I bet if you try to get him the Friday before Bama this season he'd come.

What is this?
175 seated is still a pretty decent size room.
As far as comedians go, off the top of my head, I would think that most people on this list would be realistic:
Ari Shaffir
Tom Segura
Christina Pazsitzky
Joey Diaz
Doug Benson
Steven Brody Stevens (YES! POSITIVE ENERGY)
Hannibal Buress(seems to be in the city fairly often)
Bill Burr (would definitley do it likethe Friday night before a big LSU home game)
Tony Hinchcliffe
TJ Miller
Kumail Nanjiani
Rory Scovel
Doug Stanhope
Bert Kreischer
Chris D'elia
Brian Redban
Garfunkel and Oates(musical comedy act)
