Randy Rhoads (dude was like 23/24 when he wrote those amazing songs/solos). What could have been years down the road with Randy.
Frank Marino put out some absolutely amazing guitar oriented albums over the years.

What about that kid on the spectrum that's always on America's Got Talent? Plays the acoustic and always slaps for the rhythm.
