His voice alone is amazing, he has a great presence and the production is awesome. The lyricdal content I get what you are saying, his music is all basically drugs and sex, but frick it sounds amazing and has an inherent groove to it.

He is certainly MJ influenced, you can easily tell that. He does have a nice voice, I just hate comparing him to such a legendary artist. I wish the dude would think of other stuff to sing about, personally. The sex/drugs shtick has grown tiresome. His first album I actually used to listen to. Then everything that followed was basically a repeat of that, but in a more radio friendly package to get more hits.
