In terms of an artist, probably T-Swift for me.
However, God forbid "Strawberry Wine" by Deana Carter come on in a public place. I don't think I'm physically capable of not singing along.

Whitney Houston - I listen to her first album all the time. Incredible voice.
Dolly Parton - I don't think this qualifies though
