I said if before about other groups, but again, I guess compared to most music today, they are not so bad. However, in the 70's, they were just a country-rock band or ballad band to me- they never measured up. Hit singles meant nothing to me, wanted to hear some deeper...

I was tempted to grab a ticket for this event, if only to see Bernie with the band live, and Joe - (Joe was the best thing at the live Hell Freezes over show, outside of Hotel California - which they did traditional and electric at the Superdome.)

But, again, I'm repeating myself, No Felder, no care (but Joe Walsh is an awesome guitar player and entertainer.)

Six Flags concerts I attended in the mid 80s

The Tubes (She's a Beauty was their only hit)
Kool and the Gang (Cherish and Joanna brought down the house!)
Night Ranger
Men at Work
The Village People
Toto

Only concerts I saw as a teen. Had season passes every year and concert night was always exciting.

"Into The Night" should have landed Benny in jail.

She's just 16 years old
Leave her alone....they say

Benny wailed that song with such conviction it's hard not to appreciate the underlying passion behind the creepiness.
