Mine may not be true OHWs.

Fuel - Shimmer
Verve Pipe - The Freshman

If those don't count,

Throwing Muses - Not Too Soon.

Wut? Fuel - Hemorrhage (In My Hands)

Here's one from the chick department...

Liz Phair - Supernova

ETA:

Yes... I'm an idiot for posting Liz Phair. I can admit it.

One of the biggest, if not the biggest.

Sex and Candy - Marcy's Playground

I'm gonna submit my favorite 90's band Hum - "Stars"

Although I like every one of their songs, Stars was pretty much their only hit. You could argue "Green To Me" was another but it wasn't on the radio long at all.

OK... Now I'm in my "college music" headspace.

Haddaway - What Is Love

Soup Dragons - Divine Thing

Eve's Plum - I Want It All (Although "Blue and "Die Like Someone" were better... They didn't chart)

Belly - Feed the Tree

Not a hit.

I said maybe not. I didn't consider that a hit either.

Yeah, Exile in Guyville is considered one of the greatest albums of the 90s. It's real difficult to call Liz Phair a one-hit wonder given her massive critical acclaim for her albums (but someone else called the Butthole Surfers a one hit wonder, which made me die on the inside).

I'll go with Lem's Steal My Sunshine.

I used to sing "Can't fight The Breeders" to that song.

They also did Number One Blind and my personal favorite Volcano Girls.
