I scored a free ticket to go see them at The Joy last year. I wasn't too thrilled, I thought it was just the band that played Friday Night Lights theme song. Little did I know that they would throw it down. Their lights were amazing. I will definitely be there April 7th.

I saw them in Atlanta in 2011 and then Oxford in 2012. When they play " your hand in mine" the crowd erupts.. that song has meant so much to me in my lifetime. It's a moment i wont ever forget.

Saw them in 07 in new orleans, 09 in Houston, and again last year in new orleans. Hope I can catch them again. Fantastic live show.

Where are they playing in Mobile? I will definitely be buying a ticket. I've always wanted to see them.

they put on an awesome show, seen them a few times.
Surprised they are at the varsity, they play much larger places in denver.

Just bought a pair for the wife and I. It will be 10 years and one day since I last saw them live. The Varsity will be much better than The Republic.

It was just a great show and the venue was aligned well for it. Said "Hi Baton Rouge we are Explosions in the Sky and we are from Texas." Opened with the Birth and Death of Day and destroyed it from there. Must be fun to be the drummer of that band.
