Ever get stuck on a song and just listen to it over and over again?

Several hundred times in a row?
It's called obsessive compulsive disorder.

The greatest "Jack Straw" the Grateful Dead has done......
Well, at least I think so (right now anyway)... It is from the famed show that Branford Marseillas played with them from March of 1990 in Uniondale, NY.
I have played it about 10 times in the last 5 days--they light it up!

Steely Dan's Do It Again. That may be the best song ever recorded.

I've been listening to "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?" since 1996.

Been stuck on Sturgill Simpson's "Breakers Roar" for a minute. The steel slide brings so much emotion to an already great tune.

I do this regularly and to an extent that isn't normal, and I've done it my entire life. I'll put a single song on repeat for weeks. Most recently, I had "Genesis" by Grimes looping in my car for roughly three weeks.

My first car had a tape deck and I had one tape, aerosmith's greatest hits. I listed to "Dream On" -- and nothing else -- for the first six months I drove the car. And this was a tape so it was listen to song, rewind manually, repeat times 6 months.

I listened to the recordings of Deep Purple concerts in Japan from 3 consecutive nights over and over again. They never played the same songs the same way.

Quite often. It's been a while since it has happened to me though, because I have not been listening to new music as much as I normally do. The last one for me was:
Lone Bellow - you can be all kinds of emotional
lately all I can listen to is The Wall, which is funny given your first sentence. Seriously, it is all I have been spinning for the last 3 weeks. I can't get enough of it. PF has been my favorite band since childhood, and I am back to being completely addicted to this one record.
The last record I did this with was Yeah Yeah Yeah's "Show Your Bones."
