Doc has already confirmed that the last show at the Varsity will be the last Daft Phunk show in Louisiana.

Last "club" show. Hogs is obviously a fest, but I really doubt they bust out the Daft Phunk set.

Its not a DP show, but I think they may play some songs from that catalog.

I'll double check though. I expect some collab between Dumpstaphunk and Earphunk.

Gotcha. Guess I jumped the gun.

Appears they have phased that daft phunk show out and it'll only resurface for social events maybe

They don't want to be known as the "daft punk cover band"

I'd bet that they play early on while it is still daylight. Not a welcoming atmosphere for a Daft Punk cover set

Yeah it wasnt the highlight of our week either. Only second time, they say, they've had to back out of a date, other time was when their dad died.

But the bright side is Saturday's lineup just got a big jolt.

Heady, Earphunk should go on around 7. Should be dark by then.

I certainly wont be able to drive.

This is always a problem in louisiana in the spring. So much to do every week.
