A lot of tickets left and not much action here. I'm looking forward to it. Don Felder is by far the most down to earth and coolest Eagle.

I saw him open for REO and Styx. Blew me away. He is better than the current iteration of the Eagles that is touring now.

Unfortunately too young to see Eagles in their prime. And what they have now just isn’t the same. Figured this would be as good as it gets for the price. Also loved reading his book

Looking forward to some awesome guitar playing

It’s a shame everyone doesn’t swallow their pride and Henley tries not being a bitch for once and Don Felder joined the Eagles for their last tour.

Henley, Walsh, Felder, Schmit, and Deacon Frey would be about as good as it gets at this point for an Eagles farewell tour.

Agree - and I would add Leadon to that as well.

Vince Gill was seamless when i saw the Eagles last NOV. I like your lineup too.

Yes bring back Felder and Leadon. You can keep Vince Gill in there just fine

Henley
Felder
Walsh
Leadon
Schmidt
Deacon
Gill

I’d pay to see that lineup together for sure. Unfortunately that seems like a pipe dream

I always liked the guy and the book didn't change that. At the end of the day, one of the most nice, normal, "regular" guy to come out of that insane 70s rock and roll machine.

And, to repeat the question - just exactly what was in the water in Gainesville when these guys were kids?

Stills (briefly)
Leadon (also briefly)
Tom Petty
Felder

Throw in the Gainesville Cotton Club (a legendary stop on the Chitlin' Circuit), plus the Jacksonville bands that rolled through Gainesville to play college gigs (notably the precursors to the ABB), what a wild place to have been a young rock fan in the mid/late 1960s.

Will be difficult as Young died in 2021 and Grantham had a stroke and is paralyzed on one side.
