Does east coast hip hop even exist anymore?

Grew up in the 90s listening both to rap (tupac, dre, etc) and hip hop (primarily of the east coast variety) like wu tang, gangstarr, etc.
For the most part, I'm completely disinterested in rap these days, minus a few songs here and there so I don't follow the genre as much as I used to. I'm sure there are plenty of rappers from NY, but does gritty east coast hip hop still exist?

We don't need the east coast/west coast beef anymore.

Joey Badass
Apathy just dropped a great new album
even Desiigner (although I hate anything resembling Future, but he is popping right now to the young kids)
Action Bronson
There's always DOOM
Even though it was a collabo with KM who is from ATL, Run The Jewels 2 had a definite "boom bap" NY style sound to me
Freddie Gibbs (from Indiana, but I think has an East Coast sound) new album is bangin
Royce's new album
There's still plenty of East Coast rap & Hip Hop...you just aren't paying enough attention lately

All hippty hop sounds the same now. New York rappers rap like they are from Atlanta

if by east coast hip hop you mean the dungeon style lo-fi production that wu tang, mobb deep, and gravediggaz used to frick with... If it's around its not popular. It seems like people are more into synthy stuff now. I had a record once by a group called Army of the Pharoahs, "The Torture Papers". It kinda sounded like old east coast shite. That's really all I got tho.
The Infamous by Mobb Deep is still one of the grimiest records there is

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Not 50 cent and j-Cole.... Jesus Christ.
like the other guy said, most rap sounds the same to me now, hard to discern between a guy from Atlanta any NYC.

If you actually want someone who sounds like old school east coast hip hop, Joey Bada$$ is probably your best bet.

FORGOT to add this guy...
Mr MFin eXquire
(That is a lot more mellow track than ones like "Huzzah" but still shows how good he is)
Try this on for a more 90's boom bap sound
