My short list for headlining bands I haven't seen yet:
U2
Coldplay
Phil Collins
Neil Young

Others I would like to see:
Twenty One Pilots
Bon Iver
DMB, Dave/Tim or Dave & Friends like 2004
Phoenix
Foo Fighters - put on a great show

None of the acts you've listed outside of Neil.

Twenty One Pilots
Milky Chance
Coldplay
Alt-J
Phil Collins
J-Cole
2-3 80's-90's rappers
Modest Mouse
Gorillaz (my top pick)
Outkast
Fleetwood Mac reunion

Also, less Dubstep/EDM people. There were far too many last year.

Good Lord...don't they always play there on Sunday night?

The 15th anniversary would be a good time to do a "Best of Bonnaroo"

My favorite acts that I have seen there (but I've only been to 4)...

Nickle Creek
Bela Fleck
Ray Lamontagne
John Prine
The Allman Brothers
Dave Matthews Band
Tom Petty
Beck
The Neville Brothers
Steve Earle
Les Claypool
Kings of Leon
Gillian Welch (w Dave Rawlings)
OCMS
Junior Brown
The Black Keys
Trombone Shorty
Gov't Mule
The White Stripes (...ok...whatever Jack White wants to do is fine, but I'd love to see a reunion)
The Police
Kings of Leon

No hologram Mikey necessary

they'll call in George, and he'll fill in just as good as he did in 2003 and 2005

yes please

also Daft Punk

and for my hip hop/R&B scene I think The Weeknd would be a nice change of pace. Rap shows at 'Roo just don't have the same feel as an actual rap show that's not at a festival. At least I felt that way during Childish Gambino and Kendrick last year.

I saw Outkast at Hangout and they were phenomenal. Best show I've attended. The Killers were great too and I'd like to see them at Bonnaroo.

I've got my buddies wedding I'm best man for that's on the 11th so mine's more of a list of bands I hope aren't there so I don't miss out. But some realistic groups I could see playing are:

The Gorillaz (working on new album, expected sometime in 2016)
Dr. Dre (released album recently)
Phish (always a possibility, been a minute since they've played the Farm)
Widespread (^^^)
Tv on the Radio (recent album, expected them last year)
Arcade Fire (recent album)
Foo Fighters (haven't played the Farm in forever)
David Bowie (working on new album, releasing in 2016)
Sufjan Stevens

There are a ton more (obviously) but those are just few off the top of my dome.
