Does anybody here have a link to a map of the stage locations for the bluesfest this weekend? I didn't see one on the website and all I could find was an old layout from 2014 which only showed 3 of the 4 stages.

TIA

Something tells me you can figure it out when you get there. It's about a 1/4 mile radius. Not hard to get around.

All of the stages are easy to find and fairly close together. The main stage is next to the Old State Capitol on the hill by the River Center. I'll probably be camped there from 4-10 for Alvin Youngblood Hart, Ana Popavich, and then the Fabulous Thunderbirds.

Fabulous Thunderbirds are headliners

It's free

You can hear highlights from last year's festival here

Also includes interviews w/Chicken Scratch Johnson (Slim Harpo's guitarist) and Teddy of the Juke Joint in Zachary.

I thought about going, but have a hard time getting motivated to going places where there are people.

Well you missed out. Larry Garner was great and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself.

She was very good. Enjoyed Boogie Long and Lil Jimmy Reed as well. Only caught a little bit of Alvin.

For anyone who goes out today, get some food from the Dat'z wood-fired pizza place near the Old State Capitol.
