like some of that stuff you posted, but I have no understanding of what makes that "deep" house. I mean, isn't house music just house music? I mean it's like a 5-10 BPM difference and has slightly different sounds in it becomes it's own little genre?

I guess I don't get it.

house is house to me. deep house is better than techno house. I like booka shade too. they are probably the best known german house group.

Oh yea, this was on the radio, 96.9 of all fricking places, the other day. It started when I got in the car and played all the way through until I got home. Not sure what genre it is (ambient something I guess) but I thought it was cool as shite

Michael Shrieve and Klaus Schulze - Approach Spiral

I fricking love like 70s and 80s electronic music. It can sound dated sometimes, but they were doing some seriously cutting edge shite, and the music has a lot more depth than the shite everywhere today

Future Islands

There are a couple of their songs that I don't completely loathe, FWIW.

Also hard to believe that dubstep wasn't #1 for 2010-2012.

Dubstep only really got big in the states. Didnt get big elsewhere.

From what ive been told, its kind of looked down upon by everyone.

Yea pretty much. It has kind of a following in the UK but its dying out as trap grows here.

Big time lots of shows and festivals I go to a bring up dubstep Europeans are like wtf is that. Then I make that shitty dubstep sound and they are like o yea that stuff is awful.

Deep house, tech house and techno all kind of go together.

Its some of the most cracked out people in the scene you will see but the best shuffling.
