KNWD, Northwestern State University.

At least, when I was there. I never had as much fun in commercial radio as I did in college.

Great list.

Add WXPN up in the City of Brotherly Love: XPN.org. Home of the World Cafe (both the show and the concert venue), and long-time AAA/pop tastemaker Bruce Warren. Just one example: first DJ/station to play Ingrid Michaelson. Station has hosted BR blues acts several times.

Tip of the hat to KLSU's Zia Tammami. 37 years of keeping it jazzy in the Capitol City.

Rusty Cage on KLSU in the 90s...played acid bath and the entire antichrist album before release uncenored...also the only station I've ever heard played an entirely uncut killing in the name by rage..me and my friends smoking pot were shocked
