The Beatles All You Need is Love

From Wiki, "The Beatles performed the song over a pre-recorded backing track as Britain's contribution to Our World, the first live global television link. Watched by over 400 million in 25 countries, the program was broadcast via satellite on 25 June 1967."

Check out Mick Jagger in the crowd.

Must be a very small group. I've always heard nothing but good things about them even from people that didn't care for them.

There's always a few, especially when the "overrated" threads pop up.

Was it just me, or did it look like John was chewing gum?

I like a good deal of their music, especially the latter stuff. I don't like all that is on Sgt. Pepper's but after watching the doc on it's revolution, one can't help to appreciate and admire their ability and creativeness. Them, along with George Martin and engineer Geoff Emerick, are geniuses.

Came to post this, it actually looked like all 3 singers had something in their mouths. John for sure was chewing on something which is really strange, but he seemed to do it a lot.

I would say it is because of salvation but from what I know about him it was probably a nervous tick of sorts to chew/smoke.
