There aren't enough downvotes on Earth for your post. That is all.

It was a groundbreaking, watershed tour de force. I'm sorry your limited musical tastes don't allow you to enjoy it as it should be enjoyed and celebrated.

It was honestly better than most stuff Bob Dylan has put out.

Bob Dylan was okay lyrically but his voice makes me want to strangle him.

K. I listened to an interview on NPR a couple years ago with the highest IQ man in the world. He might still be, idk. Anyway the NPR guy asked him what it was like interacting with average minds all day etc etc. Then asked if he was ever truly impressed with anyone that he meets. He said at some benefit he was at he had a chance to sit down with Bob Dylan for a bit. He said he was blown away with the breadth of things he had a deep understanding. True story

So there you have it. The smartest man in the world is impressed by Bob Dylan

And then there's you

Not surprising. Dylan may be the most interesting man in the world.

Obviously, you are young, because you will never understand and realize how important Boy Dylan was in music culture since the 1960's and how many gazillion artists used his songs. To compare him to Alanis Morissette is laughable especially since much of her success was due to her producer/co-writer, Glen Ballard.

Who gives a frick "doe". Theres plenty of legendary artists that had less than melodic vocal abilities. If you cant get past it go snuggle up with some Michael Bolton

And I personally wouldnt nitpick an artist of Dylan's legendary stature over his vocal range in a thread about this caterwauling bitch. I dont hate her but let's not pretend she's capable of singing any babies to sleep. She had a catchy yelping style that worked for one album. As much as a few of those songs were played to death I'd rather listen to cats fricking than hear her wail through any of those songs ever again
