A very underrated moment is when they are looking for Lil' Sebastian on the ferris wheel and Ron just straight up puts everyone in their place.

Picking a best Ron Swanson quote is pretty much impossible. There are so many and all of them are great.
One of my personal favorites is from the episode where Ron has a hernia. His comment of "I'm Ron *#(*)ing Swanson. I was born ready." works so well, especially with Aubrey Plaza's side glance to the camera.
Any of his scenes with Aubrey were grand. It was the perfect combination of over the top from him, and utter non reaction from her.
