At least one poster on here has declared JG a contender for an Oscar for his role in it, despite not having seen it, so probably.

Considering it was written by Kurt Sutter (Sons of Anarchy) I'll probably check it out. I heard an old interview with him yesterday on Howard Stern, supposedly this was written with Eminem in mind as the star of the movie.
