Following yesterday's Deadpool and Suicide Squad leaks, the "exclusive" San Diego Comic-Con trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse has now been posted online in low-quality. Courtesy of AlphaNerd, the footage features some heavy dialogue and a little bit of action with the mutants including the titular supervillain, En Sabah Nur . It was said during Fox's presentation that the production had only completed five weeks of filming, so both the footage and the visual effects are little rou
Holy shite, I don't care if the quality sucks. I'm freaking excited as hell to see this.

Haha, it happens. The important thing, though, is that it's here for people to see.
But for God's sake, studios need to take a freaking hint like WB did when the first Dark Knight Rises trailer was leaked. This shite is going to be bootlegged, and posted online. They might as well just start releasing the actual comic con footage online.
Also, I'm including the youtube link you posted so that not everyone has to go to the website.

The YouTube link will be taken down quickly I bet

Yeah, it most likely will be.
So discussion time. When Xavier says, "I've never felt power like this before" near the end of the trailer, it looks like his eyes are completely black. I'm wondering if this means Apocalypse is going to be controlling Xavier as well?

I noticed that as well. He said Apocolypse can control all of them. Also, will the modern day xmen be in this? It looked like an all first class trailer.

From what I remember reading, the original cast is pretty much finished with being in the movies, at least for the time being. So I don't think we will see any of them in this film. None of them are in the cast list. I think the only one who will be returning is Hugh Jackman. I'm pretty sure he is actually confirmed for this one, and not just a rumor anymore.
Honestly, I have no idea where they will be going with x-men after this film. It seems that all of the synopses are saying that "Apocalypse" is concluding the trilogy started with First Class. So I don't know if they are intending to reboot after this film, or start a new set of films following some of the newer younger characters (Storm, Jean, Cyclops, Quicksilver, etc.). I think Jennifer Lawrence has stated this will be her last x-men film. I haven't seen any word on what Fassbender, McAvoy, and Hoult will do after this film.
Personally, I would love for FOX to make a deal with the MCU similar to what SONY has done. That way we could have x-men and MCU crossovers. Now, whether or not I would prefer them to reboot the series and join the MCU, or find a way to connect the already present storylines to the MCU and continue from there, I'm not sure.

I get why they don't release it. These trailers are miussing effects and editing. They are thrown together only for Comiccon. Generally once shown it isn't long before the teaser comes out. But it's a little early to start advertising for these movies anyway.
I can see that Superman Batman trailer being played before AntMan though.

You left out a few big summer films.
Warcraft in June, and Bourne 5 in July.
And later in the year, Doctor Strange comes out in November, and Star Wars: Rogue One in December.

I don't know much about warcraft. And if Bourne 5 is anything like Legacy, then lol at adding it to the list.

Warcraft will be big...much bigger than Star Trek 3, Alice in Wonderland, Tarzan, etc.
Bourne 5 is significant because Damon and Greengrass are both returning.

Fair enough. I saw them on the list I pulled from and didn't think much of them at first glance for the reasons I mentioned.

They are focusing more on first class and starting over with a new group of younger people for the old x-men cast.

But yeah, 2016 is definitely loaded, although most of the big films are condensed within the summer launch window. 2017 is probably just as big, and better spaced, as it features a few heavy hitters at the end of the year.
