Even crazier than all of Steve's sorcery was that the show kept trying to convince us that Laura was somehow viewed as a goddess of beauty that every dude at school wanted to get with when every other chick on the show besides Myrtle Urkel absolutely dominates her.
Even the chick that Eddie was gonna take to the Sadie Hawkins dance until The Esteemed Waldo and The Revered Weasel combined him she was a "dog" was actually attractive and better looking than Laura.
